Why Choose Our 3m Composite Fence Posts?
Cladco Composite Fence Posts are the perfect choice for creating a strong, long-lasting garden boundary. Manufactured from 60% recycled hardwood fibres and 40% recycled plastic, these wood–plastic composite posts combine durability with sustainability.
Engineered for resilience, Composite Fence Posts are rot and insect-resistant and can withstand harsh weather conditions year-round. Unlike traditional timber fencing, they require no staining, treating, or varnishing. Maintenance is simple - just clean with warm soapy water or a pressure washer for a fresh appearance.

Installing Our Composite Fencing Posts
We recommend a maximum total fence length of 15 metres when using Cladco Composite Fence Posts.
Please note: The performance of Composite Fencing Posts may be affected when installed in areas exposed to strong winds or prolonged direct sunlight. For optimal performance and longevity, we recommend installing in locations with natural shelter from wind and sun.
Installing Our Composite Fence Posts
Cladco Composite Fence Panels can be installed in two main ways:
Slotting into the grooves of the posts (after channelling out 20mm)
Or screwing directly to the front of the post
For detailed instructions, please consult our Fencing Installation Guide.
Please note:
Due to the timber content in our Composite Fence Posts, some natural weathering and colour variation is to be expected.
To achieve a consistent look, we recommend ordering all posts for your project at the same time, as batch variations may occur.
Colour may appear different when posts are wet vs dry, making any natural variations more noticeable.
Like all composite products, Cladco Fence Posts go through a colour stabilisation process during the first six months after installation.
Cladco Composite products are available as FSC® Certified at no additional cost. If FSC® Certified products are required, please specify this when placing your order.
Important: Due to manufacturing tolerances, we recommend measuring and manually channelling out 20mm when installing panels via the slot method, rather than relying on the guide lines on the posts. This does not apply if fixing panels directly to the face of the post.
