About Millboard® Envello Board & Batten+ Cladding Boards
Millboard® Board & Batten+ Cladding Boards have a unique design that will transform modern or traditional buildings. The beautifully replicated woodgrain surface is moulded from four lengths of timber wood, to achieve the authentic appearance of timber cladding. There are features of secondary colours in the Board, further enhancing the natural look.
The wood-free composition of Board & Batten+ Boards allows for a non-porous and robust structure. The Board's surface is scratch-resistant and resilient to UV fading and changes to appearance due to weather. Its solid core enhances strength and provides resistance against warping and rotting.

The tongue and groove profile of this Cladding Board significantly reduces installation time, and it is only required to install fixings through the tongue. Compared with classic batten-on-board timber cladding this saves your time and energy. The Board & Batten+ Cladding is fire rated to Euroclass D (BS EN 13501-1) for additional assurance and quality.

The Board & Batten+ Cladding Boards are available in Antique Oak, Smoked Oak, Golden Oak, Limed Oak and Burnt Cedar.
Slight variations in the dimensions of the Boards are inevitable due to the use of natural oak moulds and production pressure. To ensure consistency within tolerances, the boards are calibrated. Manufacturing tolerances are as follows: Width ± 2mm, Length ± 5mm, Thickness ± 2mm.
Millboard® Enevllo Square Corner Trims are available to complete the external edges of your project, as well as Millboard® Envello Reveal Boards. These both come in matching colours to enable a seamless finish.
Envello Coloured Head Screws can be used to fix through the cladding face when needed.
