Cladco Aluminium Decking System

Cladco Decking provides a standard range of Powder-Coated Aluminium Decking products that are A2 fire rated and manufactured to the highest standards for your project.

Boards: Our S1-rated non-combustible Aluminium Decking Boards are available in 3.6m lengths, and come in four semi-matte colours; Black, Anthracite, Stone Grey and Sand. They are also available in a plain anodised Aluminium finish. Anodising is an electrochemical process that develops an extremely hard, non-toxic coating on the surface of the Boards which improves durability and provides a low-maintenance, heavy-duty finish.

Joists: Cladco Aluminium Joists are available in 4m lengths and are designed to create a supportive substructure for your Aluminium Decking installation to be fixed upon. Reinforcing the structure of your Deck, Aluminium Joists are ultra-lightweight and have superior strength when compared to timber joists or composite joists. These Joists can also be used to support any composite or timber decking installation and are not limited to Aluminium Boards alone.

Corner Trims: Cladco Aluminium Corner Trims are 2.2m in length and are intended to be fitted alongside Decking projects to conceal any exposed corners or edges - creating a strong and seamless finish. Manufactured from the same Powder-Coated A2-S1 fire-rated aluminium material as our non-combustible boards, they are ideal for use on steps, multi-levels or any balconies where the corner edges of the decking are exposed.

Skirting Trim: Our non-combustible and durable Aluminium Skirting Trims are designed to edge the exposed perimeters of any Decking project. Best suited to Aluminium installations, they help to prevent any small animals or debris from entering the undersides.

Cladco Aluminium Boards, Corner Trims and Skirting Trims are all available in the same four semi-matte colours; Black, Anthracite, Stone Grey and Sand - as well as plain anodised aluminium finishes. Our Aluminium Joists are available in the colour Black only (due to the nature of the joists' purpose, these will be covered and so the joist and their colour will not be visible).

Cladco also provides a range of screws and fixings for an easy and seamless installation.

A2 Fire Rated

Cladco Aluminium Decking products have an A2 Fire Rating. This is a fire rating which works in accordance with BS EN 13501 regulations making it ideal for fire safety applications at height, thanks to its s1 non-combustible properties. This means the aluminium material will not burn or catch alight if exposed to fire or extreme heat.

Perfect As Balcony Decking

Since 2018, the Building Amendment Regulations and Guidances have been changed completely for balcony decking. These regulations now prohibit any use of combustible materials on buildings that are over 18 meters - and so A2 fire-rated aluminium balcony decking is the only appropriate material for these types of high-level installations.

Can your Aluminium Decking be installed on a flat roof?

Yes, provided the underlying substructure is level and stable using our Aluminium Joists and suitable pedestal brackets, our Decking Boards can be installed upon a flat roof, and make a great solution to a long-lasting outdoor space with striking rooftop views.

How is the water drainage with your aluminium Deck Boards?

Cladco Aluminium Deck Boards feature a positive drainage system that provides excellent water runoff when used on a terrace or balcony project. This is due to the slight sloping angle at which the decking should be installed upon. How is the slip resistance of your aluminium Decking Boards?

When Boards are laid perpendicular to their main walking path, combined with the finely-grooved surface of the Boards, Aluminium Decking can benefit from additional slip-resistant properties.
